Marshall County Health Department WIC Program
The Special Supplemental Nutritional Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) is a public nutrition program under the USDA. WIC provides nutrition education, healthy foods, breastfeeding support, and healthcare referrals for income-eligible women who are pregnant or postpartum, infants and children up to age 5.

The WIC Shopper App is available in 21 languages. In order to utilize the app in a language other than English, the language must be changed in the app’s settings. While in the app, look for a photo similar to what is below, tap the photo to get step-by-step instructions on how to change the language.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
