I LOVE this post office. They are one of the most efficient in The Valley. My mail is always on time. I send out 20-25 packages every week, none of it is ever lost. Not one. The people are always nice and willing to help. Sometimes they even deliver mail twice in one day! Amazing! Don’t listen to the people who complain, they clearly think you are here to serve them! Not true! Apache station does an excellent job! I I mean I could sit here and complain about how my post person doesn’t ever walk all the way out of there way, in the blistering heat to walk upstairs and hand deliver packages to me that are signature confirmation, but I don’t, because if I was that person I wouldn’t do it either. It’s friken hot outside and they have other mail to deliver. Instead I just get off my happy ass whenever the notification comes through saying “failed delivery” and meet them at the mail box. Problem Solved. I’m not an emperor.

I can only hope that this email makes its way to a supervisor! I have lived across from the Apache Blvd Tempe Post Office for the past 2 years and my mail has never arrived after 4pm.I am not sure what has changed but our mail is not delivered until 6:30pm!! Certified mail is not brought to my door but left in my mailbox.(twice) This is unacceptable as I have time sensitive mail in which I must respond by a certain date. I have seen the mail delivery truck speeding away and I only caught a glance at him. The fact is I live literally right across the street (1975 E Apache) and I should not have to wait until 6:30pm for my mail to arrive. The number for the Apache Post Office is not working (480-929-0180) as I have tried multiple times! I hope this matter is dealt with asap as this is not acceptable!!
