I have not received a mail delivery in three days. I called the PO and was told there wasn't a regular carrier on my route but that I would receive a delivery still today. I did not. I have bills and medication coming and am going to get into bad trouble if this mail is not delivered right away. Can I come and pick it up at the PO???

I have 2 packages that were picked up on the 9th of December. Tracked those packages today and it shows that they are still waiting to be picked up. Tried to call to get help but the automate couldn't recognize my answers and then the survey automate couldn't process zero for an answer. I do not suggest this and I guess UPS can now rape my customers for money since some of the government employees are in capable of doing their job correctly or even at all! This is a job for Az Congress!

I am not happy. I have been receiving my mail late, I mean really late. I have received mail after the bill due date and the mail that was forward in December 2019, I am just receiving now at the end of February 2020. Also my mail has been open many times after receiving it. I am being Gangstalking by the someone at the post office. Please call me back and I need this investigation going on my mail..

F- - - - For their failed delivery if not thievery of my mail and packages. My mail has also been dropped on ground many times and other neighbors have had to bring it to me. Tempe is the worst and the driver who runs The Meadows Park should be fired, quartered and beheaded the gelkin incompetent thieving swine...I remind you it IS a FEDERAL OFFENSE to steal United States Mail...

Very upset. Mailed package to tempe to my kids, over 2 weeks listed out for delivery. Then it went to house and man wanted 25 dollars, which why is it my fault if post office here charged me wrong. So the roommate didn't have cash. Rescheduled delivery for 23rd. My son waited all day and night putting off other things to get package. They never came. Absolutely ridiculous! Now they get no Christmas presents to open. Shame on Tempe PO. Disgusted! Ruined Christmas!

It has been a long time that I have dealt with a post office outside the my local area in Montana but I can't say enough with how please I was with the customer service I received was very professional and very helpful. They found my package and even though it was my error as to why it had not been delivered, they made sure it got delivered. This was above and beyond anything they had to do thank you so much USPS for employing such a helpful and gracious people.

The hours for the Tempe post office are wrong on your website. It closes at 4:30pm, not 5:00pm. I wish I'd known this. :-(

I wish there was a way to email a question/concern to a specific post office. I do not have access to a phone right now and I wanted to find out if I can accomplish a specific task before I go there. My husband has a packet to pick up from his ex wife for court tomorrow and he is at work. I don't know if I can pick it up or not and also wanted to change our address, as we moved on short notice yesterday. :( now I have to drive there to find all of this out... :(
